Hazelwood - Baltimore
The Hazelwood skatepark is the newest park in the Baltimore area. Built by Artisan Skateparks and has a big clover bowl with pool coping all the way around. Plus an open style flow bowl and a stand alone vert wall quarter on the edge of the park. There's plenty of ledges and rails to choose from and about 20 minutes northeast of downtown.
