The Cherokee skatepark in North Carolina is a hidden gem up in the mountains here Asheville. The park has a peanut bowl up top and was in need of repair. There was a few pool coping blocks missing when I visited here at the end of 2025. On the second level there's a nice manny pad, pole jam and a sweet flow bowl. Then there's 2 different street sections on the lower levels down next to the parking lot!!!

The Newberry skatepark in South Carolina is one of the newer parks to hit the Columbia area. It was built not long after the nearby Irmo park was done a few years prior. Both are great little parks and only about 30 minutes away from each other.

The Greenfield skatepark in Wilmington North Carolina is one of many great parks in the area. With the Ogden and Carolina Beach parks only about 15 to 20 minutes away from here. A local legend named Alec Chambers passed away recently and the local skate community is pushing to change the name of the park. Soon to be called the Alec Chambers Memorial Skatepark!!!
