Comments - The Wig skatepark originally started as DIY park years ago and was eventually torn down by the city. With help from Derrick and his project Community Push and the city of Detroit. The park was rebuilt by 5th Pocket Skateparks in the summer of 2023!!!
Directions - From downtown near Hart Plaza take Jefferson Avenue south. Then stay to your right and merge onto "M10" or known as the Lodge Freeway. 2 miles later take exit #3 towards Forest and make a right. Then take your first right onto Third Street and follow it down a half mile or so. Take a right on Tuscola Street and then the park is straight ahead on the left.
