Directions - From downtown Phoenix follow the "10" south to the "202" east towards Chandler. Stay on the "202" till you hit Val Vista Drive then make a right at the exit. Go down a couple blocks and make a left on Queen Creek Road. Take that down for a couple miles till you hit Sossaman Road and take a right. Then the entrance to Mansel Carter Oasis Park will be up on your left at Appleby Road.
