Comments - This park has a nice mix of tranny and street to choose from. A smooth 6-9 foot deep peanut bowl, with proper pool coping all the way around. Some sweet bank to ledge options and a fast 10 foot vert quarter in middle of the street section. One of the better parks in the Portland area, just has a tendency to get really crowded cause it's next to a school!!!
Directions - From downtown follow the "5" north, then take the "84" east. Exit at Halsey street, follow east and make a left on 82nd street. Go down a couple miles and the park is on the left just past Madison High School.
That's a fascinating take on how SEO is evolving! I particularly agree with your point about the growing importance of hyper-local strategies; it really feels like the future is all about proximity and personalization. It makes me wonder how a Local Listings Management agency would integrate these more cutting-edge AI and machine learning tools into their services for SMBs.
