Lights - Yes, but there is a big button to press on one of the light post to turn them on after dark. Sign says they stay on till 10pm.
Comments - This park has some fun elements but overall the cement work here seemed to be falling apart. They put a hard composite plastic coping for some of the ledges, which was a bad idea. It is next to four other parks that are all off the Cheyenne avenue exit.
Directions - From downtown follow the “15” north, then take the “95” west towards Reno. Go down at least five miles, then exit Cheyenne avenue and make a left. A couple blocks past Durango drive make a right on Grand Canyon drive. Make a left on Gowan road and the park is up on the left inside Police Memorial Park.
