Comments - Not the best cement work I've ever seen but not bad for the space they had to use.
Directions - From the bridge after you get thru the border, make a right and follow the one way street along the river/locks to your right. Make a left on Church street and the a right on Wellington. The street will "Y" off and the road will go to the left, which is Trunk road. Stay to the right and follow Wellington, there will be a school off to the right and the park is next to the school.
